01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the Rummy Gold platform at rummygold.fun (the "Platform"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Rummy Gold ("the Company", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the Platform, including slot games, live casino, sports betting, promotions and any other service offered through the website or mobile application.

Rummy Gold reserves the right to request identity verification at registration or at any subsequent point. Verification may include a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or other documentation as required. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or suspended until the verification process is completed.

By registering, you confirm that you are not using a VPN, proxy or any other tool to misrepresent your location or identity. Accounts found to be using such methods are subject to suspension without notice.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Rummy Gold account credentials. This includes your username, password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Do not allow any other person to access your account or place bets on your behalf.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify Rummy Gold immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support.

Rummy Gold will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login details.

All transactions carried out from your account are considered to have been authorised by you unless you report otherwise to us immediately upon noticing any discrepancy. Rummy Gold keeps a detailed transaction log, and in cases of dispute, our records are considered the authoritative reference.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Rummy Gold are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa – Instant deposit via mobile wallet
• Raast – Instant inter-bank transfer
• Bank Transfer – Direct deposit from any major Pakistani bank
• Debit/Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard accepted

Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the selected payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Rummy Gold does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into your Rummy Gold account are held solely for gaming purposes. Rummy Gold is not a financial institution and does not offer any interest on deposited funds. Deposits should only be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name.

In the event of a failed or disputed transaction, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. Rummy Gold will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing any disputed claims.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed by our support team in writing. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds return to their origin.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are shown in the cashier section at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your account has not previously been verified, a withdrawal request may trigger a verification process before the funds are released.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically faster than bank transfers.
• Rummy Gold reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if the account shows activity that requires review under our security or responsible gaming policies.
• Any active bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until the conditions are satisfied.

Rummy Gold does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees. We have no control over charges applied by third-party payment processors.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date they are credited. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not met within this period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to exploit, abuse or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, slot games and live casino titles available on Rummy Gold are provided by third-party game developers. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real money bets.

Rummy Gold publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino games. These figures represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or player. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• Winnings resulting from a clearly displayed error — such as an incorrect odds display or a game configuration fault — are not valid and will not be paid.

08 Sports Betting Rules

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets not fully processed before an event starts may be voided.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

• Match Fixing: Any account found to be associated with match fixing, betting syndicate activity or suspicious betting patterns will be suspended immediately and referred for further investigation.

09 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspicious activity, fraudulent deposits or potential money laundering.

• Account inactivity for a prolonged period as defined by our internal policy.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as voluntary closure or inactivity — your remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Your request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be completed in the normal course.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Rummy Gold will not be liable for any loss of data, profits or revenue arising from Platform downtime or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for any third-party payment processing delays or failures.
• We are not liable for any losses you incur as a result of your own gaming decisions.
• In the event of a proven Platform error that directly caused a financial loss to a player, our liability is limited to the amount of the actual verified loss caused solely by the error.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Rummy Gold reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be effective from the date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page.
